The digital platform was redesigned to prioritise education, confidence-building, and task efficiency across three distinct user pathways. State-specific information architecture highlights local expertise, while dedicated hubs for brokers and strata managers streamline access to tools and resources. Self-managed schemes benefit from educational content and clear pathways to quotes and purchase.
The platform, built on WordPress, supports scalable management of content, campaigns, and educational resources, with integration planning for the upcoming Entsia Direct Quote Tool to ensure a seamless and consistent digital ecosystem.
